Hmmm never seen a spotted pit

Right the very first pic is ticking but the white pup is pied i had a white with brindle patches who had the freckle look alot of white dogs get and my adba papers said pied.

 

:eek: OMG at first I thought you were talking about one of those blue dogs in front, and then I saw it and about pissed my pants!!

Busenbark's CH Rattler ROM was a tickled color, He was a funny lookin dog to me, but was legit! Produced Good too!

but yes tickled apbts do exist my girl has more spots as she grows older but hopefully they have stopped.

Here you can easily see the spots, the are mainly towards her lower back but go down her entire back.

I had a friend that had one about 15 years ago. It was the first one I saw. They are called Merle or Ticking.

My boy Ace ticked up.

 

Some of the b&w Boyles dogs have speckles(different than merle), too, and a lot of red and white dfogs have varying degrees of that. That dog in the OP however is certainly not an APBT or even a staff. Look at the tail, long ass body, etc, etc.

 

There is a huge difference in merle and ticked. Alot of white dogs are ticked like that. I wouldn't call that first dog an APBT myself.

 

That dog is ticked, not merle.

I have a pup like that. He got it off his mom.

Don't usually go for ticking all over but I like this dog.

 

I had one that was a red ticked/rednose once along time ago from some pulling and show dog lines (Snow Phantom). A guy came up once and said man look at the paint job on that one.
