I might come out. I'm going to the one in Bellville the week before and would love to come to this one but it's my overtime week and if I take it off I lose 8 hours of overtime pay. Love my Bulldogs and got to pays bills I have to think and pray on it.

What show? AADR? Or is there a UKC show there again. If there is I might come to that one and see Joe and Sandra & all. There is a picture of me at that one with them on my website.

Iron Mike is a fun show that is on 6-2-2012 they are not going to have pulling and I'm not sure of a treadmill race. Look on the show section of this site and you should find it. And I've thought about I'm coming to both money isn't everything and I'm not starving or anything. I don't travel alot and these are in the state so here I come.

It was told yesterday Carmen Corvino will try and make the show and judge the fun classes.....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT!

Judy is involved. She's making the trophies for the show.

We're hoping Ron is able to come out with his health issues to relax and enjoy. It always sucks when he gets stuck working because no one else is willing to help except a few people.

We may be able to make it out. Howard and Beth Burgess let us know and I'm hoping we'll be able to have two weekends where we don't work as I'd love to come have some fun, even if only one of my dogs can show.

Howard & Beth are good friends with the people at OFRNR and if would be sad if they made it to a fun show and not the other. Some might make it to the fun show. Kind of last minute because Ron was asked to judge the thread mill race at OFRNR and hasn't gotten back to anyone. I.M. can judge the race if Ron can't. So with Dan Norrod doing conformation, hopefully Carmen Corvino doing Fun Classes and Mike Norrod doing thread mill race, there is a list of very noted dog people judging. Can't get any better then that.

There will be a few going to help support & work at fun show. Judy called and Mike & Lynn Norrod will be there as well as ICC will be riding along. Some of the "Old" Coldwater Crew might come also to help out. Ironline Kennels will be bringing a "Pure" Norrod dog to the show. First time in 10 years there has been 1 showed from the old straight blood down from Ch. Iron Spike R.O.M., Gr. Ch. Taffy R.O.M., Gr. Ch. Koko R.O.M., Ch. Iron Bear, Ch. Iron Bobcat and the multi winners, ect.

What's wrong with Ron? I've kinda lost touch with him, and everyone else for that matter. I've had some personal issues to attend to the past couple of years and haven't been as active in the dogs as I would've liked. Now, I'm back at it and just in time to see that there are pretty much NO AADR shows in MI??? I pretty much only started going to the Coldwater shows because the ones around Detroit were.....well.....you know. I miss talking to Ron at the weight pull and watching Judy try to handle her dog in the ring. lol...

You know she is a Journeyman Ironworker. Ron is okay. Just tired of not getting help.
The Coldwater Shows was started by Jim and I with Michiana Club. Then I started AADR Bearcat State Club and the first AADR shows there. Both Clubs I named. lol

Judy and Ron are both personable good folx in the breed. Judy does look funny holding back those big ol kingfish hounds lol Always has a looker with her. Both put in alot of work and are vary helpfull to folxs new to the breed. I miss those big ol Michigan shows. Thay got smaller and smaller then thay started dissapering .Sad stuff

It wasn't the shows got smaller for us. In the Lowell Show it was the largest turn out of people at any show but the least entered. New area, a lot of new people. I remember you were there and entered. Hope to see you in Coldwater this year.

The reason why we walked was how we were being treated by the registries.
The clubs should make the bulk of the money, not the registries.
A club should not get about half or less then half of the entry fee.
Then forced to buy everything at inflated price from the registries like the ribbons and trophies and such...
Jim and the rest got tired of being treated like the bastard child at a family reunion.

I did turn Judy on to where to get cheap insurance. )))))
