Best conditioned Staffords

    There is a lot of big males about I think my bich is a tad over 40 lbs and 17.5 tts but she always looks small compared to some u see on the net

    Getting back to the Post topic , Best Conditioned Staffords !!! I started to get the dog back in shape a few wks back , the first pic was taken about 4 wks before the last pic , and the pics in between were taken a wk between each other .

    Weighs about 40lbs in the 1st pic and Weighs 37lbs in the last pic , started him on a better diet and got a more regimental routine workout for him that started out with 5 = 30 min workouts a week, to begin with .

    Won't be evryone's cup of tea on this forum as he's a show dog.
    This is my male, not sure the pic does his condition justice. I didn't weigh him at the time but estimated him to be between 2 and 3% body fat. He'd just done 12 weeks of intervals on a slat combined with energy systems training using resistance.

    Love it when a bit of Aggro kicks off ! but same old Shite ! Slinging shit in every direction, over and over thats not even on the SAME SUBJECT is a BORE !
    Glad this post is back on track !!!! A few more pics of dogs in good condition would be welcome sight , even if there old pics ! keep them coming folks and a few bits of info on how they were trained to get to this condition !
