Here is what I have been doing for some years now, I stole the concept out of the PBB. Feel free to give any negative and positive opinions, please...............
    If my math is right:
Ivomec 50 ml- .5 ml per 50 lbs so 100-50lb dogs at $40
    Safeguard 1000 ml- 11.5 ml/50 lbs twice a day for 3 days so 14-50lb dogs at $120
    Pyrantel Pamoate 32 oz = 946 ml- 10 ml/50 lbs for 3 days so 30-50lb dogs at $40
    Wazine 34 3,785 ml- 4 ml/48lbs so 900-50lb dogs at $30

So for a 14 dog yard wormed every other month will cost around $350 give or take a few bucks using this method and depending on the area you live in if you need more or less wormer for your climate.

January- Ivomec $40, Safeguard $120, Pyrantel Pamoate $40
    March-Ivomec, Wazine $30
    May-Ivomec, Pyrantel Pamoate
    July-Ivomec, Safeguard $120, Wazine
    September-Ivomec, Pyrantel Pamoate
    November-Ivomec, Wazine

Your program is sound for the most part but there is no need to rotate wormers, there is no canine superworm that is immune to modern worming chemicals.
    He's how we do it.
    January- December, Wormeradicator
Theres a really simple concept that some fail to understand, the concept is "where there is no worm there can be no built up resistance"
Wiping out any and all worm species at the same time leaves a clean animal, rotating wormers that really only work on certain worms will leave certain worms in an animal until the chemical that treats them comes into rotation again.
One of the most common worm is the tapeworm caused by ingesting fleas that ONLY Praziquantel will treat is not listed in your program and is an absolute must.
But I'll give you an A for effort on an A+ on DYI.

here's one to take a look at, found it on UKC site...been using it for 3 months now, so far so good.

Total Wormer Plus Heart Worm Protection ..

Total cost to Purchase everything to Treat 6,714 Pounds of Dog Weight = $ 91.54
That’s equal to $0.014 per pound of dog weight .. A 60 pound dog would have a total cost of $0.84 to worm monthly
You could monthly treat (9) 60 pound dogs for a year ..

    1- 16 oz. Bottle of Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension = $ 26.75 http://www.ebay.com/bhp/pyrantel-pamoate
    1- 25 gram Bottle of Praziquantel Powder = $ 32.85 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Praziquante...=item35c9f5e3c8
    1- 50 Ml Bottle of 1% Injectable Ivermectin = $ 32.85

    Directions for the Mixture :

In a Fresh Clean/Sterile Bottle that can Hold around 24 oz. of liquid add the Entire 16 oz. bottle of Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension.
Add the 6 level Table spoons + 1 Tea spoon of Praziquantel , quantity is 23,500 mg. Add all the powder to the 24 oz bottle of Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension.
Next Draw off around 2.36 cc/ml of Ivermectin and add that to the Bottle of Mixture .. Shake the Bottle for 3-4 min. Plus shake continence before each dog dosage.

    Finished Product:

Each Ml of this Mixture contains :
1- 50 mg of Pyrantel Pamoate
    2- 50 mg of Praziquantel
    3- 0.050 mg of Ivermectin

    Dosage:

Each ml/cc will treat 14 pounds of dog weight . So a 60 pound would receive 4.25 ml/cc of the Mixture ..

Formula for Dosage is ( Total Dog weight / "Divided" by 14 )

I made my first batch in Dec. '17, just made my 2nd batch this month. I treated 12 dogs, about 540 pounds over 7 month period. I can't speak on shelf life but all ingredients used have expiration dates of a year or more. I keep mine at room temp in cupboard. check this video out, formula belongs to him.

Fenbendozole 1cc per 10 lbs of body weight 1x a day for 3 days every 6 months!
Ivomec is .1 cc per 10 lbs of body weight every month!

If you think they have tapeworms then praziquantel.

Hey Mistabonz your dosage on febendazole is incorrect.

Panacur or Safeguard 10% solution is properly dosed @ 1ml per 4.4lbs given for 3 consecutive days for treating roundworm, whipworm, hookworm and taneia tapeworm. Repeat in 2wks.
If treating Guardia the dosage is the same but you will need to give for 5 consecutive days.

Do you know how many grams of praziquantel? Tablespoons don't seem very accurate. Thanks

Thanks for picking up on that I meant 2cc per 10 lbs once for 3 days consecutive.
