Getting a new slatmill soon and just after any tips advice offered from folks experienced in working their dogs on these.

I have one of Lemms videos which has given me something to work off, just wondered if there was any new thought working them or is it much the same nowadays?

    Thanks

just use common sense as far as treadmill work goes lemms way is very good he does 15 on the mill and walks till cool then 15 on again so on a so on. some ppl do straight mill no walk out. i like the walk out method because you can time there recovery such as how long it takes tio cool off in the beginning of keep and how the recovery progresses from there. lemm does no strength work and most dont agree with that all athletes do strength conditioning from golfers to football players but do not mistake strength training for body building

    Alright mate,
The intervals you've seen me write before work well on a slat.
