Going by Bamaman's thread, I would guess that most of the people around here are obligate carnivores like I am, but I have been thinking of experimenting with a week of nothing but plants and milk. I cannot go vegan because of soy and other legume allergies, but I think I could go lacto-vegetarian
for a few days to see what may happen. I am wanting to greenhouse grow my own herbs because homegrown herbs taste 14 gazillion times better than mass-produced ones. Have any of you ever gone vegetarian?

(Cornflakes are a vegetable, because they contain no animal flesh--I think--and beer is a vegetable.)

Good Luck with that.I don't think it's a bad idea at all to cut back on red meats.Im no vegetarian and love meat and eat it every day but from all I've read your red meats are def linked to cancer .Hey anything that taste good is bad for you lol.

I try to eat as nature intended.
Bulk is fruits and veggies and seeds and nuts. Then meat. Too much meat especially red but not just is bad for you.
In nature we would never be able to consume as much meat as we do.
Meat dont sit there waiting to be eaten.

I've tried it once . but it was more so because I was just getting over the flu years ago and didn't really have the need or want to eat something heavy only thing I can say for sure is I felt slightly more energetic maybe because meats take longer to break down in the digestive tract so my body didn't have to work as hard .not sure though plus I don't drink milk being lactose intolerant ..I also take moringa olfeira daily and give some to the dogs twice to a couple times a week
