i love GSP, and even though he is looking better and better; i still dont think he'd beat Matt. I think Matt is just the king of that weight class.

And i dont think that Gracie can wear his GAY, oops i mean Gi, but i could be wrong.

GSP is the stronger man at that weight. matt just got lucky with that arm bar.....I bet GSP won't make that mistake again

Second that, GSP just keeps getting better and better, and showed real well against Hughes last fight.

Matt is probably my fovorite fighter, but if he gets caught sleepn, even for a second Royce will make him submit.

  8. just watch royce dance, his positioning skills, and holds he puts on hughes and is game as hell it doesnt matter who any fought before its now that matter
in order to be the man you must beat the man.

i respect the gracie family but at the same time i hate the way royce fights. he wants to go to the ground immediately , there is more to a fight than that! i hope matt actually ko's his ass! i think quick swick will win as well. and gsp........that guy is awesome there are some real good fighters coming up.

Hughes all the way. The loss to BJ was almost 2.5 years ago. Matt has learned a lot from that mistake. Royce is over the hill, the Gracies are dead and should go away. This is a link to Royce's last, less than impressive performance against a 5'7'' 150lb Japanese journeyman. The only reason it was a draw was because of Royce always insiting on special rules.

Went the way I thought it would, Gracie did not put up much of a fight & actually gave Matt his back at one point & that is so not Gracie ,Matt was just to strong , but man Gracie is tough, did you guys see that Arm Bar, he would not tap!!!. Best fight of the card was a prelim they showed when it was all over because they still had time left,,lol. For all ,I was kind of dissappointed in the whole event, not very exciting, I,m hoping july 8's UFC 61 will be a banger, with Shamrock , Ortiz 2. I,m thinking Tito is going to spank Ken again Though,, IMO.

Matt did exactly what I said he was going to do. As far as UFC 61 goes. Tito is going to destroy Ken Shamrock and I think Tim Silvia will keep the heavyweight belt.

i was pissed on the Alessio/Sanchez fight!! He soo got robbed. I think he def. won the first 2 rounds, and the third was close. But whatever, the UFC has to protect one of "their" boys. :P

Jeremy won again like i knew he would, i was mad that they didnt show his fight!!

And to all of the Gracie nut huggers, i just had to be a brat and say TOLD YOU SO!! lol

Joe's fight was disappointing, i truly think joe is the better fighter here, but let his head play games w/him again (he has had probs w/this lately). He didnt go in his normal fashion and take over from the get go, he step'd back (and stayed out there!) and got caught w/a head kick then made the stupid obvious choice of a sloppy open take down, and left his neck open. ARGG i was sooo hoping they would bang! anyway...

for the next UFC, i think it is horse shit that AA and Tim are fighting again. AA needs to go the same route as every other fighter that looses, and work his way back up. He must have pitched a fit to Dana. I hope Tim takes him out again.

    My shiney 2 cents :)

Tim will, AA is all hype ;)

Alessio did NOT win that fight. 7-10 jabs in a round is hardly considered aggressive. He had great take down defense but he should have done something if he's such a great boxer like they were all saying. A few jabs won't win a fight. At least Diego was aggressive (and I don't like Diego at all).

The rubber match is always pretty quick. AA will lose if he tried to stand up with Tim again. If it goes to the ground I see Tim losing.
