What did ya'll get for christmas? I got some clothes and the best thing ever CASH!!!!

 

my kids cashed in,,,i got a heating pad for my ol back and some good flash lights and few other things,,, got alittle cash

 

Lots of gift certificates, some long underwear (seriously). The only thing I got that I actually asked for was a toolbox so I can keep my tools seperate from my husband's. No digital camera under the tree for me again this year.

Bunch of clothes, and gift cards.

 

I got my electric stove hooked up so I don't have to cook on the wood stove any more, and I got Hot and Cold running water hooked up into the bathroom so I can flush the toilet and take a shower, no more heating water on the wood stove for baths....Wahoooooo. Oh ya, and my mother in law got us a fridge so we can stop using the 1950's fridge that we got for free from a friend. I can actually make ice now LOL.

By the way, does anyone know what kind of insulation goes around the oven compartment in an electric stove? Mice destroyed ours while it was stored and I need to replace it.....Too much LMAO.

Though it might not sound like an exceptional X-mas, these gifts were the best I could have received, living in a renovation project.

And the best gift of all, we, and all of our dogs, are healthy and happy

I got the only thing I asked for..........The Eagles beat the Cowboys, and as a bonus, I got to see that STUPID look on T.O.'s face when it happened.

 

I got an awsome new case for my new digital camera! THANKS JENNY!!!
I got some new pants, a couple shirts, and a bunch of gift cards. I'm gonna be eatin high on the hog at Chili's, Longhorns, and Red Lobster. :eek:

 

hmmm i got. a diamond watch,some new work shoes,clothes, a subscription to the 'pit bull reporter' and a few other odds and ends oh and a new printer thats for pictures and scan and some picture paper

 

I got some cash, gift cards, a Fraggle Rock movie (i LOVED them as a kid). Hubby did well this year, couple anti-BSL shirts, bunch of FOX racing shirts and he got me "The World of the American Pit Bull Terrier" by Richard Stratton. And a butt load of candy and homemade pie and brownies from Grandma....YUMMY!

 

HELL YEA by far this was the best christmas present i got this year, they wooped some serious cowgirl @$$ YEA BABY YEA GO BIRDS, E.A.G.L.E.S EAGLES, lol. Um yea and i also got a digital camera, a whole bunch of gift cards and plenty of cash, plus some dvd's and a bunch of little nick nacks, overall a very good christmas, oh yea and a NICE bonus at work

 

an ipod radio,car radio n a laptop which means i dont have to wait to get to work to go on gamedog lol n den sum cd's n dvd's... good christmas, merry christmas by the way hope everyone had a good one

 

Hmmmm. I got a new digital camera. Hunting boots (for those muddy walks w/ the dogs), a CD player for my car, a cute kitty welcome sign for the house, a Michigan jersey I have been wanting, (wheeeeee! I am a huge UM fan!!), a gun safety case & gift cards for Wally World & Sears.

Hubby got socks & underwear (that's what he asked for *shrugs*) along w/ 2 pairs of jeans, a CD case & a 10 mm pistol.

The dogs got servings of raw chicken quarters & the cats got cans of their favorite food - 9Lives Ocean Whitefish along w/ a bowl of cream to wash it down.

And of course one of the best things ever - the Lord blessed me w/ the health of myself & my family. You don't realize how important that is until you lose it. I lost my health this summer, but the Lord has graciously restored my health. I have been blessed to be heathy & happy this Christmas & that is the greatest present if you ask me!

 

To name a small few (my family goes WAY over board) a scanner/faxer/copier, clothes, new coat, kitchen table, etc.

I got some cash, a blender ( I asked for it lol), My mom bought me a shirt that has a pit bull on it that says It's a black and white issue breed discrimination hurts and on the back says headlines you will never see and has some good stuff about pit bulls, coffee mugs with my dogs on them, and a whole bunch of other stuff

 

My husband got a subscription to the Pitbull Reporter too!!!

 

I'm with ABK....the best gift of all, the Lord blessed me with the health of myself and my loved ones.

I got some clothes, household stuff I asked for (blender, toaster, dishes, towels, crock pot, fry daddy), home theater system, a vaccum. I got one of those flash lights that does not require batteries. You just shake it to charge it, it's pretty cool. I got a sign to hang in my house that says "All dogs are pets, pit bulls are family" and an APBT calendar. I also got some cds, dvds, and lots of candy. AND I got my new pup home.

 

Well, my husband & I received a video camera from my parents (yay!!) & some gift cards to Home Depot (my fave place!) from other family members.

However, Santa totally loaded Cole up & the dogs too. Literally. We woke up Christmas morning & we had 10 dog beds outside our front door. We have absolutely NO idea where the came from nor who put them there. We moved 10 dogs out into the garage to free up bedroom space & it's been cold out there & we can't give them old towels or sheets because they eat them. So I guess Santa realized this & gave them those big overstuffed beds. Nothing like seeing some APBTs on oversized beds you would see a standard Poodle sleeping on.:p We owe someone a very very big thank you for the $200+ worth of dog beds, but alas, we don't know who.

And Cole, well, don't even get me started...............:rolleyes:

 

That is so great mia. I'm glad Santa remembered your doggies too. And I bet Cole got lots of fun stuff. So great to hear!

My dogs each got a stocking from me. Then family and friends gave them lots of toys. They got a water fountain too. My mothers dog would pick his presents out of the pile and open them on his own. It was so funny.

 

Let's see.....I got subscriptions to The Pit Bull Reporter, and The Journal, as well as a boat load of back issues of both.....a new pc (yay!!), an APBT calendar, some hats and heavy flannel jackets, some Drakkar, a new tool box, new drill, new palm sander, a couple bottles of vodka and Frangelica, and some odds and ends. My wife and daughter got a multitude of shirts from Pit Wear, and I got my wife alot of stuff for her new ride, like an APBT decal with our future kennel name on it, and some car care stuff basically. And the dawgs got some beef knuckles, and of course some antlers to wear on their heads as we giggled and took pics of them, lol. But the best gift was being with family, knowing we're all happy and healthy.......and seeing my daughter open up all her gifts and seeing the joy on her face, best of all alot of what she got are books for me to read to her and games we can play together.

 

We just really wish we knew who left the beds there. They weren't there when I went to bed at 3:00 am, but when I went out at 7:00 am, there they were in 2 huge piles up against the front door. We really want to tell whomever "thank you", but we don't have one single clue/idea who bought them & left them there. :confused: I guess Santa Claus really does exist.................

EDIT: We know it wasn't either of our parents as both live an hour away & my mother was actually going to go with me to Sam's Club to buy beds for all the dogs (we still need 3 more beds). I grilled her & grilled her but I knew it wasn't her when she said that if it would've been her, she would've gotten beds for all 13 dogs......she had a point. And my husband's parents don't really like the dogs & his mom doesn't trust APBTs & keeps trying to get me to get rid of them all.
