So much for the Randy and CroCop title fight. CroCop got knocked out in the first round by a leg kick.

 

Yes he did, and I thought he was DEAD!

 

I was pissed that Cro Cop lost that fast, that sucked, I stayed up till midnight to see that, it was really the only fight I wanted to see.
The first fight sucked, the ref stood there while those two just laid on the matt, what was that about.
Arlovski sucked, barely did anything except ride the clock.
Glad it wasn't Pay Per View or I would have been pissed.

 

I went to college with a guy obsessed with UFC. He hopes to be in the ring/pit one day. He was small, but he is a strong and fast guy fellow...Everytime I see anything with UFC it makes me think of him. lol.

 

head kick actually. the other guy masked the head kick my leaning his body low making it look like he was throwing a body or leg kick. the other guy was way too big for him. he just smothered him.

 

I would of never thought Cro cop was going loose and the way he lost is beyond me lol, he never seen it comming, as Gonzaga speciality is ju jitsu and not much of striker, I believe Cro cop under estimated Gonzaga, and paid the price for it.

I thought Bisping looked good.

 

I've seen CroCop make short work of guys way bigger than Gonzaga. Hell CroCop weighed in at 220 and Gonzaga at 242 and Gonzaga isn't even a striker. I think Cro Cop was thinking about Randy and blew his title shot. Maybe Pride fighters are not superior to UFC fighters after all like most have always claimed. Can't wait for Chuck v. Rampage in May.

 

Bisping beat the living crap out of the other guy.Although i thought he was done for when he was in that arm bar.Other than that, he dominated the whole fight.Just landed so many punches on the other guys face....bam, bam, BAM.Over and over...it was beautiful lol.

 

yea i was at the bar watching the cro cop fight, and we were all just waiting for him to throw one of those deadly kicks when out of nowhere he gets layed out cold, shit did anyone see how his freakin leg was all twisted weird when he fell, that looked painfull as hell

 

Yeah, the ref ran over there and striaghtend his leg out first thing...lol.
The Bisping fight was good and he did look like he might lose when Elvis knocked him down.

 

I think both Pride fighters and UFC fighters are great. I think CroCop was to full of himself and was waiting for Gonzaga to try a take down and so he got whapped with that boot to the head.

 

I was fairly impressed with Bisbing but I've been a fan of his since I watched him come up through the reality show. As for Cro Crop if they fought tht fight 10 more times I'd still bet on Cro Cop.. anyone gets caught by that same kick goes down. As for Arlovski fight.. he was smart.. you can't beat me on my feet I can't beat you on the ground.. if you want me on the ground then put me there. But on the same hand I'd rather see someone fight and lose than not fight and win.

 

Do ya'll think the elbows CroCop was taking down on the mat,moments before the knock-out,might of had someting to do with it?

 

Mirko (Cro Cop) did NOT look right to me... watch his fights, HE is the one that presses the fight and "hunts his opponent down". He did NOTHING in this fight. I think if he would have been his normal self things may have been a bit different!

I have been pissed over the last few UFC fights! Koshcheck won (f#cking gag me please), Pulver lost, GSP lost & then this ...... WTF is happening??! :mad:

 

He wasnt in that fight period. He didnt have any idea what was going on with those elbows... but Pride has no elbows (though one would think that maybe he would train to defend them). He just held onto Gonzaga's wrists... that made it cake for him to throw down a hail of elbows.

Wonder who they will try and feed him to bring him back up.... Mirko is devastating enough walking in the cage calm... would hate to be on the other side from him when he's got hell in his eyes! LOL

 

I agree Ms. Conduct, seems like there have been some really crappy fights in the UFC lately.
Another thing I don't get is Guillard, I never seen someone give up a submit so fast. Seems like the last 2 fights I saw him in he got submitted fast, he has no guard and doesn't even try to get free.

I dunno if I called it cur or not.. pain is pain.. I was dicking around with a buddy of mine who has been doing the ju-jitsu thing for a few years and he got me in a kamora (spelling?) I hollered uncle in a about 10 seconds... I don't care how tough you are you get something twisted the way its not made to bend it'll make you think about things...lol
