FWIW A "BEWARE OF DOG" sign in admission to guilt realtive to having an aggressive dog if it bites someone. Its best to use a "DOG ON PREMISE" sign as you dont freely acknowledge the dog will bite. This could save someone some serious hassle.

Thanks for the advice and ill keep it in mind..But as far as the area I live in the beware of dog sign is still used and is sufficient.

To get out of any issues with a beware of dog sign all you have to do is add a no trespassing sign. At least in Pa, can't speak for other areas, any injury sustained on privately owned marked property is at your own risk since one is breaking the law even being on the posted property. My lawyer told me this personally.

You're right AGK I live in PA also a no trespassing sign is sufficient here that way if something happens they shouldn't be there to start. I personally am a fan of the signs that say dogs on duty or something to that effect.

This also belongs here...Btw a relatively new working breed thats comming up is a american panja mastiff, and seem to make good family dogs and they say CAN be good with children...gamebred pitbulls crossed with rotweilers and mastiffs (sounds like a one dog army)

Panja Mastiffs - Old Bulldogs on google what you guys think?

  12. I had many different dogs over the years my best was a pitbull. Second to that was a cane corso big dog a lot of drool. Natural guard I only obedience train her and rest was easy.
Another great breed fila barseliero they are natural guards don't need much training and don't trust strangers. Once the fila knows who his family is that's all he knows everyone else is not a thought.
Dogo argentine is another great breed don't bark much when they do watch out, some suffer from deafness.

  13. Canes drool like crazy, presas not as much

  14. I agree there are a lot of shit bro breeders that only want to peddle sub par dogs they last 5-6 years which is a shame.
