today while i was listening to the radio at work I heard the guys say something about banning "pit bulls." i turned up the radio and heard these guys rant on about how bad pit bulls are and that the only people who like the dogs are the ones who own them. sad day to hear the guys i've been listening to for years talk to ignorantly. i lost all respect for them. i'm done with southside steve and his buddy. time to get back to work. hope georgia dosnt pass the legislation or its off to texas.

 

I hope the people that own them like them. I know i wouldnt trade my girl for the world.

I cant stand to hear people talk sh!t about something that they know nothing about and dont understand. They are just spreading thier ignorance.

 

i would have called the radio station or e-mailed them a pice of my mind u should do that if u have not all ready.

 

I can relate.......I was watching the Peoples Court on Fri......I heard Judge Millian call pitbulls "man eating terrors." I hit the fan!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:

 

don't worry i emailed the station twice, first to tell them how i felt then again to correct them on information given to them by a byb who said the dogs can lock their jaws due to some glad around their head. apparently the caller had 20 yrs. of experience breeding the dogs. damn, its people like him that continue to give the dogs such a bad name.

 

If you really want to fix em good, get a petition going and have every one on the forum sign it and send it to ALL the sponsors that advertise on their radio station telling them that all the dog owners that heard this was offended and their places of business will be boycotted until they stop advertising on this station or, until a public apology is made to the pit bull owners of your area. Extreme circumstances take extreme measures.

They Are Just Trying To Run The Breed In The Ground And They Are. If A Mother Heard That Story On The Way To Work (if Her Son Or Daughter Was Trying To Get A Pit) She Would Have Definetly Changed Her Mind About It Now.

 

People should really have to know what they are talking about before going on a radio station and spouting bullshit. Especially pitbull shit. I'm going to e-mail 96 Rock right now, and let them know I'm boycotting THEM until Southside apologizes. It's working with Cock-Cola, so it might work with 96 Rock, too.

 

good i emailed them yesterday and south side told me he was sorry, but he continued to ramble on the radio about how ficious the dogs are. i dont care what his opinion is, as long as he tells truthful info to the public about something he doesn't like.

 

Seeing as how the Regular Guys and Steve have a beef of sorts, we should call in to the F'Off line and give Steve a big F.U. which will get played during the show. That would rock. I am going to call, and I'm going to tell Scarlett to speak, too, when I get on.
