    yo shane cut the kid a lil slack. he doesnt mean any harm, all he was saying is he had problems and was going elsewhere, which my collar i got from you did take longer then exp and the dozen hides were not curred but i didnt say i was listing you as shady shane nope shit happens, he wasnt bashing you. and to let you all know he has been around game dogs his entire life this i know. but does one of your suppliers go and talk shit when you buy supplies from some one else? i hope not. a guys prerogative is his. thats not to professional.

    Matt, I appreciate the kind words and all. but I was simply stating the FACT that Cameron didn't have any integrity and what he was stating was false, and that I had the tracking info to prove it was false.

    After I stated this, you see that his story quickly changed, proving his lack of integrity. I screw up all the time, but when I do I am Man enough to admit it and I absorb the loss for my screw ups, I don't try to make others absorb the expense of my mistakes as Cameron was trying to do.

    Nah, Matt he was bashing me, by saying his order took 2 months when it actually only took 4 days. That is an out right lie ment to harm me, plus the fact that I still have texts from him stating how he plans to bash me on internet and at shows.
     
  4. I have been dealing with Shane for almost 8 years now. In that time we have became pretty good friends. I have ordered literally thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of stuff from him as I resell it at the shows. He does me right and in turn I try to do the same to him. In all the years of us doing business it started out as me just buying a collar or two here and there. He always took care of my order as it was just as important as when I now order the huge orders I get. To this very day if there is a problem, he immediately takes care of it. He always wants to send me something extra for the problem. I say no man that's ok it's all cool. We are good. Keep your extra I'm fine. Well guess what, there's always something for my trouble in the next box. It's called appreciation for loyalty folks!

    I would also like to say I've seen a ton of posts regarding him and his business over the years. I'd say over 95% of it is always positive. There's always that one or two pricks who get a stick up their ass and can't let a mistake go. Got to drag it out over and over trying to swindle something out of him. I'll tell you I've seen Shane keep his cool with these kind of people over the years waaaaaaaaaaaay past the point where I would have told them to buck up and just meet me somewhere if you want to keep being a cocksucker. His patience goes far past what mine would. To get him to the point where he tells you to fuck off and take your business elsewhere and be glad you're gone, well to me that pretty much says it all since I personally know the man and how he is.

    I met Cameron recently at the Indiana show. A good enough guy and we had good conversation. Kids played with my dogs and was fun to watch. I'm glad he didn't start trash talking me selling Shanes products or our conversation would have been over pretty quick. Let the fucking shit go and move along is my suggestion. To keep dragging on petty bullshit like this is sad. To claim you have is BS since you obviously made the post here proving you're still wanting to do harm to his business. I'd say judging from this thread (same as any other I've read) that it's more than obvious the overwhelming majority are 100% satisfied with his service and products. i don't think you're going to ruin his business with this behavior.

    Just my take. Even if I ever decide to quit selling Shanes products he has earned my business for life for a few different reasons. His products are very well made and you can trust the collar material AND the hardware he uses. His prices are very fair. Working people can afford it. I always resell the stuff for the same price also at the shows to keep the good deal going to people who come to me. His service is always great. Does he make a mistake here and there? Sure, but there was only one man who walked this earth who didn't make mistakes and was perfect, and I don't see any holes in Shanes hands or feet. He will do his best to remedy any situation and satisfy you though. That doesn't mean he should let you take advantage of him and try to swindle him though.

    Just my .02 cents. Take it or leave it.

    And as for you saying i was trying to hustle stuff out of you is funny. You even said ill send you another sleeve blah blah. I told you no dont worry about it. No?????? And you are not MAN enough to admit to anything. Scared it will pull people away from your business which it would! Never said i was going to bash you either. Simply told you that everybody i hear talking about you will know how bad you are at running a business. Its sad lol it really is. You make me want to go buy a sewing machine and make my own Collars! And the only thing you absorb is sand in your Vagina. Im done.

    I have nothing but good things to say about Stillwaters collars and I have tried alot of other collars. Hands down the best for the money and last along time!!

    Who ever said the hides were shit must have got a bad batch. I have hides that I have had for going on 18 mos. that are still good. I can't vouch for every product stillwater sells, but the hides were and still are on point. The two different styles of leather harnesses I also got are still worth it. Better with wear to be honest. The collars are on every dog I own. Are they the best? I can't say because I haven't tried every collar out there. The only product that I was let down on was the breaksticks. They need work in order to catch up with the quality of the other products. Just constructive criticism.

    To Stillwater: I hope you are getting as much use out of that pressure washer as I am getting out of the collars and other products.

    I wasn't gonna comment, but thought it necessary to share my experience with Stillwater/Shane

    I went in on a large order from Stillwater with a friend, I was very impressed with the quality and the service
    I got a second large order from Stillwater myself, and I was delighted with the quality of the products, the prices and the service
    From personal experience, I think Shane is a gentleman, I've never met Shane as I live across the pond, but he has always replied to my email within 5 minutes and is very personable

    I re-sold some collars and leads for cost price and those who got them are always asking about getting more, as they too are impressed with the quality
    I will definitely be doing business with Shane again

    Man yes, and I don't really like the wood sticks as much as the Poly sticks, but thats what some people like, so I carry them.

    I don't have a problem with correcting a screw up on my end, but I can't afford to stay in business if I have to absorb the mistakes of others. Surely everyone can understand that, it's elementary.
    Has far as leads being mispriced, let me explain to everyonesomething. When I update my website, and you visit the site, even though I have updated and changed something you still may sey the page that was stored in your computers cache the last time you visited the site, so you should always "refresh" a page when preparing to place an order so you are on the recent page and not page stored in your computers cache.

    Prices: I very seldom go up on prices andstrive to keep prices low. I have several dogs and know the exspense involed with maintaining a large yard, and try to ease the cost on fellow dogmen as much as possible. Every pennyI make and then some of what I make at my profession goes back into MY dogs to help me offset the cost of maintaining my yard adequately.

    Are there screw ups?? HELL yes there are and to think there aren't would be untrue. Do I make every effort to remedy the screw ups and satisfy customers? That depends on your expectations. If you want what you paid for or a refund,(which is always offered if there is a issue/problem) then we can resolve the situation. If you start texting/calling/or emailing me cussing me out and using profane language over a $1 collar keeper and a $1 rope lead clamp then it probably isn't going to be resolved to your satisfaction because I don't deal with people I wouldn't associate with in my normal everyday life.

    I have a order laying in front of me that I sent to a address twice that was sent back to me twice as "Undeliverable" because the address on PayPal was wrong. I was contacted after it was sent back first time and told it was correct address and to resend it, so I resend which cost me $6 on a $20 order. That means I lost $$ trying to remedy a situation that was someone elses fault. I will work with folks and absorb some of the exspense if it was an honest mistake on their end, but I can't continue to stay in business if people contiue to make same mistakes and expect me to aborb the losses. This is the same with any business.

    One more thing and I am finished here, orders take 4-7 days typically and sometimes upto 14 if I am out of stock and making it. If you do not have your order in hand within 14 days after ordering it you need to contact me about the order, and I will look into it and try to determine why it's not there.

    I have ordered from Shane since 2008 and I have had no problems with getting my orders on time they come in just a few days and are very reasonably priced and he always delivers well made products the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding.     When will people learn that you can't please everyone all the time and that we're all only human. The guy has specialty products at great prices and most of them he makes himself. Cut the guy some slack and realize that no one is perfect. I personally will be doing business with the guy regardless of what others may say due to high opinions of some of our oldest and most respected members. Hope everyone has a good night

    Well I was Realy impressed with my collars when they came was very satisfied with my products all tho the time Shane spent with my on the ph was short and I did have trouble reaching him when he was on vacation this was oblivious bad timing on my part but we was able to get together and do business over a period of a couple of weeks after we got together my order did come quick and I did recieve a couple of elastick keepers I called and asked for some time later tryed to pay and he refused payment. For the extras !

    I've not bought loads of stuff from Stillwater,but 99% of my dogs are in stillwater collars and I'm 110% pleased with the collars,shipping,price and everything.Plan on buying more as needed.I really can't knock a guy selling quality collars as cheap as Wal Mart will sell a POS collar.

    I have one collar from Stillwater, and it has been beat to hell and back, and it is still in GREAT condition. The price for his products are definetly good, and the quaility(that i have seen)is even better. I plan on ordering more products from Stillwater in the future.

I was raised that you work shit out like a man and talk and get it straight or fight what ever, you don't go blabbing all over to any one that will listen. I would have got my ass tore up if I told on anyone when I was a kid, and I still will tare my kids asses up if they even think about being a little nark ass rat fink. If yall get online becouse you didnt get your one collar in the time you think you should. You KNOW what you will do if a guy with a shiny star on, is in your face, You will sell your momma down the river wouldnt you? You can really see how people are when they think they can hurt your life. Im glad shane told them to fuck off. Dont worry Shane You wont loose shit over this, When that dude was knocking me I got MORE orders then before, and I am calling you right now to order 3 new collars for 3 new prospects, see Its allready picking up. LOL
