What could it be?

    IMG_0705.JPG My pup had a little scab on his head that fell off a couple weeks ago. I noticed this little growth that came in place of the scab. It looks like a little pimple. What could it be?

    if it was mine I'd pop it then clean it with something. if it can be popped in the first place .but I'm the curious type. it also might go away on its own who knows
