Parvo-Destimper, Shots puppy shots?

    I bought some shots today do i need to refrigerate the mixs. one is a powder and the other is liquid

    powder is...
    canine distemper-adenovius type-2 parainfulenza-parvovirus vaccine
    VANGARD PLUS 5

    The liquid is...
    Sterile Diluent

    You keep them both refrigerated until your ready to give them. You draw out with a siringe the liquid out of the one vile and drop it in with the syringe into the vile with the powder, shake them well and then draw it out with the syringe again and shoot up the dog or pup.

    Correct. Also want to add that it is a Sub-Q, or just under the skin, injection....not in the muscle!

Yes Keep The Shots In The Fridge Or It Will Spoil And Make The Dog Sick.and To Give It To The Dog Just Mix It And Pull Up The Skin On The Scruff Of The Neck And Stick The Needle In The Skin Only Not The Muscle And Inject.take A Little Cotton Ball Rub The Spot Around For A Minute To Disolve The Little Lump U Will See Where U Just Gave It And He Is Good To Go

    Yes they must be kept refridgerated. Once the vaccines reach room temp (which occurs in under 30 min!) then they only have a shelf life of under 72 hrs & the official "safe" length is not accurately known. Vaccines are very delicate!
