I did some chops in gravy in the oven today low and slow. Italian beans and mashed taters. Was pretty darn good.



And you know I'll be pairing it with some top shelf this evening. Lol

i had pork yeastaerday.i roasted a shoulder slow.then pulled it in gravey.
not a big fan of barbacue sauce.
sevrved it was Tata and swead mash.

Love pork and lamb.
for leaner meat love deer and pigion(wood lol,not streets)
not fussed on beef.but i like it minced.

Dont no what to cook later...
getting a little warm to roast meat for hours or make stews.

Italian beans are very similar to green beans. Honestly I can only tell the difference by shape. They taste the same to me.

 

Rather disgusted about the dinner selection tonight.

I always feel sick to my stomach after eating this crap.



Picked up a batch of garlic breath this afternoon. I like this stuff a lot. It's perty and it tastes great.

 

Lol man every once in a while I will eat it and about 30 mins later I'm always like wtf did you eat that ? Zaps all my energy

I was in a cooking/baking kind-of mood today. For dinner I did a slow cooked beef shoulder roast with carrots, onions, celery, red potatoes and garlic. made a beef gravy with the left overs not shown. This is my daughters favorite meal. Low standards I guess lol. It was good though.




Then she talked me into making cookies. Made Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter cookies and chocolate/peanut butter no bakes.



Going to smoke a few bongs of the last of my garlic bread tonight. Re up tomorrow.

 

Had ox roast mini subs and macaroni salad followed by Chocolate Creme Pie for dinner at my rents house. My Pops made it so I didn't bother taking a picture but it was pretty good.

Grabbed some Wedding Cake


Also got a strain I'm not familiar with at all. Called 9 lb. Hammer.



My mom Mothers day was lit.

 

hot chicken wings and pepperoni balls for a late lunch. Got a little Runts to go with.

 

out of those last 3 strains that 9lb hammer is the best. That shit hit me like a mack truck. Definitely in my top 5.

 

I also like 9lb hammer! The guy who came up with it has some other really good genetics too!

 

It's by far the best shit I've had in a while.

Got some Platinum OG today. I wanted to buy up whatever was left of the 9lb hammer he had but that shit out sold fast. Got the Platinum Haze since I was already there anyways.
