    I'm at the halfway point of 6 day rotation. I'm 36 hours in and 36 to go. LOL

    It's getting there .Gone make some good pulled pork sandwiches.Its at 175 internal temp and going to 192 .I had it in the smoke and I wrapped before it got to dark.

    Happy independence day all!

    Just got done having hotdogs, hamburgers, maccarroi salad, friut salad. Fileting up some crappies we caught yesterday and going to fry them up a little later.
