Posted what I considered to be the origins of the blood somewhere on here a while back, but can't remember where, hope this helps anyway mate.. I did hear Nastyman took some credit for other peoples wins, but how true that is I couldn't say?

 

My favorite part of the BH book 'Bullyson & his sons' was when a female newspaper reporter turned up at Maurice Carvers Ranch chasing a news story, Carver was entertaining a group of friends at the time, decided to answer the door buck naked, told the reporter they were all naturists and if she wanted the interview, then she'd need to undress to come in the house, which she did of course Bet she never wrote that story haha! You're right mate, best days of our lives and then they're gone.
