    Hello,
    Hope everyone is doing well.

I have been reading some old keeps from well known dogman and they almost never use a springpole for conditioning.

Does anyone know why they "didnt" use the springpole?

It's a tool in the toolbox. A great tool at that. Works many muscle groups. If the dog loves to do it and will do it at a constant pace with determination then use it. Taylor the keep to the dog being put through it.

  3. Some old keeps mention it often enough.the ones what never mentiond it?..maybe they thought they were on to something?
either way....the device has been used for millenia, and is no secret.

    Hell of a tool.
and a hell of a thing to observe IMO.

Imo its a great tool too. And I use often.
Thats why I was wondering why I didnt read it in most of the keeps. Some that did use it say in the book dont use it more than 15min for example

I have to look up what dogman i am excactly regering to, but its in the book of zinetti. Game dogs conditioning.

Cause kidney and spine damage if not doing it right or overdone, as told to me 40 years ago or so by some top dogman.
