...food for thought?.... I'm not aware of any country (government) doing better post covid-19. In fact lockdowns make societies less productive which in turn means less revenue gathering taxes.( I'll pass on the BIG pharma and banks angle because they are going to make huge amounts of money regardless of the ever changing circumstances. It is all part of the system we live in.)
