A fine line but....

It's interesting that sometimes a thread pops up that causes some controversy that can get heated, but then gets removed?

now I understand why a thread might be removed but we are all adults here, well at least 95% of us, my point is someone..or even more than one may get a chance to learn something. when they are just removed that chance is gone?
