Ya, sux. So, clearly it isn't right. Here is the deal: I am not going to register the sire of the litter as the sire. I only sold the first dog as a papered pup. Then I found out JD was arrested. I returned the money the guy spent on his pup ($300) and told the guy I wasn't going to paper it. I offered to take the dog back or let him keep it. He said he wants to keep it, but I wasted his time which is worth way more than three hundred. Mind you, he knows nothing of the lines. I didn't tell him anything about the sire.

Anyway, he has sent me to small claims court and is asking for $5000. So, that is reason behind the papers. It is messed up. But guess what??? I am not paying five grand to this dip shiz. NO MATTER WHAT!
