After the foil they came out of the foil and went back on for about 20 mins just to carmelize and dry just a bit.I jacked the heat up to about 275 on the last step.Just get them to the color you like on last step.

We cooked 20 halves on Mother's Day. Turned out nice.

I could eat chicken 7 days a week. Never get tired of chicken.

I ate some a guy's house a few weeks ago. He cooked it on the grill as normal. Just a few minutes from being done he had a pot boiling with some watered down BBQ sauce he made. He dropped the halves in the boiling sauce for a couple minutes tops.

I was a bit weary but it was 'knock it out of the park' good. I'm going to give it a whirl with my wife's sauce this weekend.

I might have to swim over to the grill, and tread water til it is done...but cooking on the grill the same.

We are getting pummelled with the wet stuff.

Never get tired of chicken either! Just grilled some over lump last night. Used Allegro "Mesquite Smoke" marinade. They were boneless skinless breasts and just as juicy as skin and bone on.
