Bulldogs in movies

So who's seen the movie Black Dog with Randy Travis? I like it, lol looks like an old mayfield/Eli Henry type dog in the movie.... You know it's black and all!!!!

Lol it tickled me because right before it came on I was having a mayfield discussion and a guy was saying that Eli was a mayfield dog because he saw a pic of Tudor in the 40's with a dog that looked like Eli... Pretty good movie, atleast the girl got to keep the dog!

Getting even with dad has one of Diana Jessup dogs in it. The brindle dog the lady and kid sic on the bad guys

Hey Treez...... Can we change the thread title to "Bulldogs in Movies" ? "Walker Payne" and "Ghetto Dawg" are the only ones I've seen where dogs where the main plot of the movie. The Gypsys in "Snatch" had some nice "dags" too! I geuss Gypsys like bulldogs and staffs

I believe those dogs to from CedarBrook kennels and one was thier RedShredder dog...
The two dogs that star in Walker Payne and Snatch are great actors...
WalkerPayne had its unnesascry drama but the storey line was good, Samual Shepard is great and I love when he sings at the ball field, very soulful... Sams character had to based off the Maurice Carver Type...
Snatch was Guy Ritchies masterpiece, great movie packed with action...
A favorite is AMORES PERROS, a must for any doglover...

The good son is another good one, Diane Jessups mutt GR Ch bandogs Dread should have caught that tweeker from Home Alone. Lol

I believe Cedarbrook to have gotten the thinner part from jessup as she didnt want her curdogs to be depicted as fighters but she was quick to let her public concieved pitbull chase a child in a violent matter... Depicting a child agressive pitbull doesnt fly in my book...The goodson is a PASS...I prefer Little Rascals...
