Silver WAS a real good dog yes, but I don't see where you got the idea he "pure offense" ? He was a ear-head dog that stayed glued on the spot untill his opponents litterally collapsed.The other dogs always did the driving.

Not to take anything from Silver as I liked that dog and he did what he was bred for, but to call him 'pure offense' is just laughable.

Owner and breeder? Come on man Pera got the dog as a 5 timer off of a dog man that cuts all his dogs tails for identification, when this dog man was leaving the country. This man showed the king dog 5 times prior and also helped pera on his keep. Now, i breed sorrells' dogs and their outcrosses and silver is exactly what i dont want my dogs to be, not one offencive bone in his body (hey but i wouldnt complain if i got like him).

I realize this is a old thread but wanted to make a statement about Silver's ways. I certainly would not call his style "pure" anything. He was an intelligent dog that avoided damage while still punishing however possible. (ex) Gr Ch Black Mup was a head on type dog who dominated/demolished his adversaries. Ch Silver was the only one to beat him and beat him convincingly (at the end). In the end, both (ex) Gr Ch Black Mup AND Ch Silver deserved to be bred!

that has to be about the dumbest and most arrogant thing i ever heard. they imported there dogs from the U.S and they are tested and matched wide open. now i am not saying that they have better dogs than the U.S, but if you do not think they are just as good then that is just plain ridiculous

 

As far as I know, B-Line kennels was ousted from the game for faking hundreds of reports and was stripped of all those titles by the SDJ. Not saying Cowboy wasn't the real deal, just saying he was campaigned by lyers!
