CT: Chimp victim sues state

This lady was seriously injured by another person's chimp. Now she wants to sue the state.

This lady should not be able to sue the state. This lady went to her friend's house knowing the chimp was upset She went over there with a puppet on her hand trying to calm the chimp down.

 

If she sues the state; which seems rediculous, it could cause states to outlaw exotic aimals more than they already have.

I hadn't heard the part about the hand puppet. Note to self: do not use hand puppet when you are trying to calm a chimp.

 

The hand puppet was a sock she made herself and When she presented sock puppet the chimp went crazy. a man down the road from me had 37 Big CATS you could not get me around his property at all.

 

Why should she be allowed to sue the state when it was her own choice to go visit the chimp and his owner?

She has already sued the dead owner of that chimp and got $4 million from that, almost the owner's entire estate.

Why should the CT taxpayers pay for her stupidity?

 

ITs like jumping into a shark tank. Either you jump in or you stay out. she made a bad decision by going over there now she has to live with it. I agree with brindle.

 

Common sense used to be valued. Now it seems valuable not to have any.

 

Run across the street without looking.No prob just sue if you get hit and survive.if not you family can sue.Don't bother to be careful with that hot coffee just spill it on yourself and sue.Your friend calls and says their 200lb chimp is pissed off no prob grab your sock puppet and head on over.if he rips your face off just sue.
I heard she going after the chimps parents also cause technically he was a juvenile

 

She's a gold digger. When you mess with exotic animals 1 minute they love you the next they are trying to kill you.
