    What's a good chore boot?

I've been through many knock off Muck boots and they've all been a disappointment, usually replace them yearly. Thought I was being cheap...lol

I bought a knock off of the Chore Muck boot, called Mud Slinger for like $70 last year. They get the job done but the tops of the boot are soft and tend to curl. Which in turn rubs a sore on the front of my shin.

I like the chore boot vs a work boot as they tend to be waterproof and I like slipping them on and off with ease.

I'm liking those, really like the sturdy sole too.

  6. Iv had em for years. Mine are beat to hell, but still feel great and function as should. Not too hot in the summers and keep me warm in the winter. I’d highly recommend getting a pair they will ride the hell out.

Nikes and when I actually wear boots $20 plain jane rubber boots from TSC.

Even at a pair a year itll take me 5-7 years before it would be 1 pair of mucks.

Nikes ain't gonna cut it...and neither are those cheap rubber boots, I been through a slew of them and then they started to break me out. No telling what's in them.

You saying no mucks because of the hsus bullshit? I think it was determined it was a mistake on their part. Correct me if I am wrong.

Nah just that I'm a cheap fuck lol

I seriously mainly switch between 2 pairs of nike runners or the pair of boots. The extra 50-$120 I save buying runners or cheap boots over mucks goes straight back into the yard ornaments

Timberland Pros is what I wear..They are lace ups and that's what I like .I don't like any slip on boots. They are dam sure water proof even though they are lace ups.
