dog attack

I do apologize if this isnt dog related ,but i think it is ,so it its too far off just go ahead and lock it.Anyhow,I was in my backyard checking my hardware and had the dogs (joe&IZ)off their chains letting them have a run around the yard.Well all of a sudden I hear this god awfull commotion coming from the street.This guy was screaming"f$%king,GD,mutt""NO!,NO!.Then I hear this women scream a blood curtling scream.All these profanities about a dog.I thought oh shit someones getting attacked by a dog.So I grab Joe&Izzy,throw them into the garage and go intothe front.No sooner do I appear when this Bitch from across the street comes running over to me screaming at me to get my "fucking dog"This guy is on the side yard fighting with a medium size dog.The whole time this woman is hysterical,blabbering about pit-bulls,yelling at me that im going to go to jail,and screaming for someone to shoot the dog.I just told the dumb bitch to get out of my face and call the police.Then she's like "I allready did and your ass is in trouble when they get here"By then the dogs owner has come and gotten the dog off the guy so I just ignore her and go over to dude to see if I could help him.I go into my house and find a towel for the guy to wrap his hand in.Well when I come out the police are here and this crazy woman is going on to the cops about how my pit-bull had attacked the guy!she was acyually telling the police that!It took everything in my power not to hurt her.After getting her out of their faces they finnaly get to talk to the guy who had been attacked.The dogs owner came back out and admitted that it was his dog.I have never in my life been so pissed!This woman just ASSumed the dog attacking was a pit-bull.The whole situation was just insane.Sorry if this too off subject ,I just had to tell someone about the B.S,the whole thing had me pretty rattled.By the way the dog is a husky/shepherd mix.Sure in the hell didnt resemble any pit bull i have ever seen!

 

...I imagine the police arrived so promptly, due to the fact, she "claimed" it was a... sigh ... "pit bull"...:rolleyes:

yeah they came quik,the whole thing happened in about ten minuts.The only reason i was able to keep my cool though was because I was more concerned about the guy being attacked than about some hysterical crazywoman.Believe me I've been thinking about a few things I'd like to go over there and say to her,but what would be the point,A fool is a Fool ,no matter what yoou tell them.

 

My advice, watch out for this psycho B***H!! She is gonna cause you problems down the road.

 

I'd be keeping an eye on the papers as well. If this woman talks to them, more than likely it will be printed up as another Pit Bull incident instead of the Husky/Shepherd it was. :rolleyes: She sounds like the type to want to get her name in print.

 

I hope you are suing her for slander and defamation. Go see a lawyer and see what you can do to her. Maybe she will learn to make sure she knows what she is talking about before she tells the police something. You have lots of witnesses to her false accusations.

 

Did the bitch give you an apology? Because she owes you one and I would go knock on her door and tell her that!

 

Unfortunatly, the media has made JQP think every loose dog is a pit bull. No matter WHAT it looks like.

 

that's a really shame for several reasons...It's a shame that the lady would rather be trying to get you and your dogs in trouble, instead of helping a human being whom was being attacked...it's a shame that she felt she had the right to yell at you and judge you...But I am happy you kept your cool...How is the guy who got attacked doing? he is all right?

 

Yeah thats what got me too,she's so busy running around like a moron that she wouldnt even help the guy.Of course she hasnt apologized,I actually have not seen her come out of her house today.I went over to where it had happened to pour some bleach on the blood spots and she was staring out the window at me.Seeing her face I got madder than I was lastnight,but I know if I go over there or even see her I'll probably end up goingto jail.And the man who was attacked came by about one this afternoon,and he's doing allright.he had one bite on his leg he had twelve stitches there,and on his arm I believe he said it was about twenty two stitches.The worst part is he actually feels guilty and doesnt want the dog pts!He said ther could've been a million reasons why the dpg had done what it did,and he was mad but thought the dog should be given a chance as long as the owner had fines imposed and would be required to be more carefull with the dog.He was telling me about his show Am staff.Last night I didnt realize it was him,but
I've seen him several times walking his blue.We both had a laugh over the woman and he said he was going to go over there and clarify the whole thing to her so hopefully that will shut her stupid mouth.Though Im sure she's probably called all her friends by now to tell them about the pit bull that almost killed a man before her very eyes!surprisingly,the media didnt come,so thankfully her ignorant mouth didnt cause too much trouble.

 

Yeah,I was kind of thinking that too.I know she's home all day while we are both at work but I dont keep the dogs out when im not there so I will just have to be more carefull when they are out.And check my yard for mysterious food.I really hope for her sake she doesnt come over here though,because its not the dogs she needs to be afraid of.
