Fastlane dogs vs old school stock

    Its not all about weight. If all you do is walk. U should be walking 4-5 hrs a day. Anything less is not mutch of a keep. I also rub my dogs down before and after each workout. However to walk the dog to empty him out and warm him up and then rubbing him down when he is just warming up is unnessisary.

    Its about overall condition you can drop the weight on a dog and he run hot as a griddle at waffle house

    If you want a dog to be able to work hard for 4 to 5 hours then they have to be accustomed to it.

    A keep is to achieve peak condition. Where the dog is at max performance. Strength, agility, wind, and endurance are all at as close to max while being in balance.

    If you're chasing a specific weight then you're at a huge disadvantage.
