i hear people say it is o.k. to fed raw grond beef, de-boned chicken or beef every once in awhile. is that o.k. or does it cause parasites or sickness?

if u feed chicken make sure to feed them with the bones the bones are very nutritious and salmanilia and other virus' dogs are amune to there digestive tract is different than humane and is tuned to digest raw meats. raw meat is way mre superior to any dog food on the market. but anything with bones in it make sure it IS NOT cooked or it will splinter in the digestive track. there stomachs will digest anyuncooked bones without any worry of damage. like i said before there stomachs are tuned for food like that. in nature they eat raw meat and thrive on it. also i have never seen a fat dog from a diet of striaght raw meat.

feeding the dog isnt a science just try to imitate how they would each in nature the best u can.

I feed raw minced chicken,Bones and innards included,As soon as the pups start on solid food.
Try it you will be amazed at the results,Big strong puppies with lovely coats.
I worm every 2 weeks until 6 months old.

Dogs can handle chicken bones that are not cooked and the are a good source of calcium

Once a week I get either deer bones or beef bones for my dogs(raw)from a local meat processing farm.(depenging on the season)
Every time the bones will have huge clumps of good looking meat on them(or lard).
My dogs LOVE them! It keeps them occupied for a day or so and I do not give them any kibble for a day or two....afterwards they just lie in the shade and burp! :)
When giving bones to your dogs be sure that they are not "starving" hungry.
So check out your local butcher, mine doesn't even charge anything.
