Was looking through my old Sporting Dog Journals and found this add in the May / June 1994 :

I am fortunate to have acquired, from my good friends, TheBros. of Holland, these fine "Patrick" line of dogs which they have bred up off of Ron's CH. HANDSOME, for the past 15 years or so. These are not paper bred dogs or what some greenhorn thinks should make good brood stock but proven dogs bred down from champions, winners and tested dogs! I will have some pups to offer soon. They won't be cheap. The best never is. My thanks, my respect and my best wishes to Jan and Ron for the dogs and my hope that these fine dog men can get back in some day. Rushin' Bill
