Maybe some of you have seen this bitch before, but I wanted to show her off. She is a special dog. Great locator, hard worker, well behaved. I can't say enough about her! Sire was an unregistered Jack Russell type, and her Dam was an AkC English Bull Terrier.

thanks guys, she is a lot of fun to work.

ivebeen, I'm thinking of breeding her to a terrier, but the timing of her next heat would put the litter on the ground during this hunting season, so I'm torn between getting some pups off her or to hunt her hard again this season. I may wait until the spring and breed her then. hope she makes it through the season though- i'd hate myself if I didn't get anything off her. still thinking about the plan... If I do breed her I'm going to trade any pups I can't keep for a sack of feed each. wouldn't that be cool- when it's all said and done i'd have my pick of the litter and maybe a few sacks of feed. can't beat that!

    davidfitness83, I'm in Kansas

How about a cross to a Stafford Bull terrier?

Thats a cool idea Kaw, seems like you made a great cross. Be interesting to see what happens when bred back to the terrier side.

yeah, I'm definitely going the terrier route. tryin to get the size down to 15lbs or so. this bitch's best weight is 19, and the top pic is 22ish. I'm hoping to breed her to about a 12 lb terrier
