If you could resurrect any bulldog EVER, who would it be?

    I wish I could get my male that died last year back from puppy days again as well as an old bitch I under utilised.

    Naw, this one should stay here. That thread is about breeding to get a dog way back in the ped. This is different to say the least

    Versatility???? Frisco was reportedly shy and so was his offspring. What versatility have you heard about Frisco??

    I partially agree. Environment won’t shape a dogs ability to fight unless it was completely neglected imo. Experience will vary from yard to yard, but ability shouldn’t change. You take Gr Ch Art or Gr Ch QoH and put them on a novices yard. That novice just walks and feeds them for 2 yrs. Take those same dogs and put them in their original environment. What changes their ability, not experience, ability?

    I see you said “legacy” GK, not “ability.” I agree Buck wouldn’t have been Buck on every yard, or insert any famous dog.

    Hey @palooka, if @Bulldoghistorian and yourself don't mind me gate-crashing on Jackie Brown, I saw her once on a visit to her owners yard, learned how she was bred, straight away thought about this breeding, and thought about it for days :-B

  19. I had access to almost any dog due to a wide network that existed at the time , on top of my head egeman's butman
    There was also a dog down south called florez Matrix tried to get it done to tighten up on Patrick's Zacharia

  20. I was scared of everything with Banjo in it , I still have nightmares about the ones I had there is nothing more worse than quitting on top
    all 3 banjo dogs I had just did that, I am allergic to it to he point I run away even if the name pops up in the 5th generation
    traumatized can u imagine way ahead and just plain stand there all 3

    one even won his first over a highly regarded 2 timer , people were offering money , me and my I dont sell dogs
    damn a dude called dr death offered 10K on the spot , i wish I had taken the money
