This could be your daughter. Please repost this onto whatever sites you're members of. Thanks, DJ.

This is Jacqueline Saburido on September 19, 1999.

This is her and her Father, 1998.

This is her on Vacation in Venezuela.

    Birthday party as a child.

    At a party with friends.

The car in which Jacqueline traveled. She was hit by another car that was driven by a 17-year old male student on his way home after drinking a couple of hard packs with his friends. This was in December 1999.

After the accident Jacqueline has needed over 40 operations.

Jacqueline was caught in the burning car and her body was heavily burnt during around 45 seconds.

    With her Father, 2000.

    Getting treatment.

    Three months after accident.

Without a left eyelid Jacquie needs eye drops to keep her vision.

Now 20 year old, he cannot forgive himself for driving drunk on that night three years ago.

He's aware of devastating Jacqueline Saburidos life.

Not everyone who gets hit with a car dies. This picture was taken 4 years after the accident and the doctors are still working on Jacqueline, whose body was covered with 60% severe burnings.

I know most of these bulletins say "pass it on," but most of those are stupid. This is real, and if you dont re-post this, you're a jerk, seriously. Please send this to as many people as you can to make them aware of the consequences of drunk driving.

    That is really sad...

I knew a woman who was driving drunk, and she crashed into another woman. The Sober woman was life flighted to the hospital and stayed in intensive care for quite sometime, and the Doctors weren't sure if she was going to make it. The Drunk Driver didn't even have a scratch and when she found out that she would most likely be facing jail time, she acted shocked and angry. She put another woman's life on the brink of death, and she was mad that she'd go to jail. She did get 3 years in jail, which she is currently serving, and I've heard the other woman is doing much better, but it angers me that she only got 3 years, and her attitude pissed me off as well.

These pictures took my breath away.
    How sad.
I cant imagine how bad it must feel to be her or the man that hit her.
    I'll pass this on...

I saw that story about her down at the courthouse. They had an anti drunk driving poster about it on the wall. Very very sad :(

I can't imagine how her and her family feels. I do know how her friends feel though.

To sum it up, I'll never forgot that night 3 years ago while we were celeberating one of my best friend's birthday.

Its terrible and it happens every day...

Just another example of why that crap needn't be around,it ain't good for nothing.i used to think like everyone else did but your thinking changes as you get older.couldn't get more pro alcohal than me,former ridgerunner, and made some of the best moonshine this side of dixie but there really ain't no point in that crap when you think about it,ain't no good for nothing and all it does is cause trouble where ever it goes.and it ain't just the irresponsable folks sure he was about as dumb as they come but now that girl and her family has to pay the price, and if it ain't that it is some kind of a health problem that winds up killing you.ain't never seen nothing more pitifull than a case of the jake leg,and in the south in my day it was raging everywhere you went,i honestly see no good reason other than to sterilize something to have alchohal around.

I wonder sometimes why I drink. It's never while its happening. It's always the next morning when I've got an empty wallet and a crucial hangover. I know I should stop. Just dont know if I can. :)

i completely understand and appreciate your stance on this issue. i wouldn't go so far as to say it has no use period, but the majority of people who drink IMO, shouldn't. i come home and have a glass of scotch or bourbon on the rocks, but i also don't usually drive anywhere after work. whether i'm tore off or not. you know, i wouldn't feel that bad if i hurt myself because i made a really stupid decision like drinking and driving, but if i hurt or killed someone else, i would be a wreck. unfortunately this world is full of morons who cant tell the difference between their big toe and their a$$hole, so i don't ever assume someone is too smart to not drink and drive.

Yeah i used to think the same way,but it really has no use none at all.back when i was a boy it was used before say a tooth was pulled or something like that.i remember i got hit by a porcipine when i was about 12 years old and they gave me whiskey till i passed out so they could get all them needles out.but now a days you don't have to do that anymore.that stuff is nothing but trouble, like i said though i can't sit here and say your a idiot for drinking it or you shouldn't do it because i would be the biggest hypocrite around because i drank the stuff, run the stuff and made the stuff but i just learned as i went through life how worthless it really is.but every now and then i will have a little sip of panther piss to see if i still got it,but only a thimble.[IMG]

a thimble or a tumbler? J/K. there definitely seems to be more cons to drinking than pros. and understandably. look what happened to that beautiful girl. i just can't even begin to imagine what she is going through. she must be a fine example of the will power of the human race. comparable to our breed. such an enlightening story.

yeah no doubt about that she is a strong survivor.the good lord is giving her the strenth to keep on going.and i could be wrong but i betcha she ain't bitter about none of it,or hatefull towards that boy.but another thing you find out as you go through life is there is much more to beauty than what you look like, and i bectha she is just as beautufull as she ever was.
