I owned a SBT that was out of a Colby Bitch and a Male that had some Corvino blood and this dog was extremely game although he was rather large at 65lbs. I rolled him twice and retired him to a catch dog where he was incredible he would dispatch the largest raccoons in Michigan in seconds. One thing he did I have never seen anywhere and that is ignore skunk spray he would kill them and be drenched in that pungent smelling spray and be unphased. When I would pull hi off the skunk ad come in contact with that spay the hunt was over for me. Has anyone else seen this behavior ?

My brother had a snooty/spike bred dog that I had his uncle years ago that scratched into a skunk in his backyard. Had the skunk in the air shaking the life out of it while it was spraying everywhere until it's demise. That dog smelled for over month. They bathed him in all kinds of crazy shit. It dimmed the smell but it took a while to fully go away. God awful smell. Never forget it. I'd prefer to keep mine away from both skunks and porcupines but I'll let any one of them dispatch possums, coons, groundhogs etc. Shit, if I ever catch a coyote in or near my yard it's getting smashed by one of my males. Lol.

This is the dog with my nephew.

  5. LOL...i was like wtf?hows that a SBT if its out of a Colby/Covino bitch?

And it sounds super game for killing raccoons..are racoons hard or something?
whats a big raccon weigh in at?like thirty lbs?

As for them porci pines would i fck let a dog near one of them..or a skunk!
fck that i bet they stink to hell.
not saying they can fight good, but just the smell of the skunk and them bad bad spikes on the porci would draw me to use traps for them beasts.
did your dog get any of them spikes in him AGK?...if so,please share how the hell you got them out.
the story " Jock of the Bushveld"were Jock and his mum take a porci is well worth a read.

Never let your dogs mess with porcupines. Don't end well for the dog. Especially ones that take hold and shake. Lol.

Like having a bunch of toothpicks stuck in you that are barbed so they continuously advance deeper with movement.

They are rodents. 2nd largest in the US. Beavers are the first. They range from 8lb to 40lbs.

  14. Would Afican ones, and ones from other countries be larger then this?

Forty lbs is still huge for a rodent.espeilly with them quills.
