We'll def be in IL, made reservations at the Red Roof Inn a couple days ago. The bad news is with all the travel Chris won't have time to smoke a shoulder so we're on our own for food in IL :mad: Oh & he got a new phone so text away

 

Hey JRSPITS I will be bringing a smoker to the ILLINOIS (THE BEST) SHOW you are free to use it! I was thinking about bringing some chicken breast some corn some baby back ribs, burgers, etc. I just will need a hand cooking!

I'll be there hope there are more people there then last year went on sunday & it was about dead

 

I'm going.... This will be my first time going to a competition... I have never been hoping to have fun bout how long does these competitions last???

 

That is the million dollar question lol. Depends on the judge, the turnout and what time it actually gets started .

 

Anybody know who is judging?

surelly someone from tri-state will be comeing ,,,if so save some room to bring some raffle stuff back for your show i dought i'll be able to make your show $$$$$ prolbems

i'm there... hopefully it's not as hot as it has been!!! man, dogs were about to pass out the last few yrs...
