Starting from today I will be putting a free workout on instagram every day. I plan to do this for a year. I have written workouts for everyone from little kids and old people to elite athletes. Some will be for performance, some will be for body transformation. Thanks. #yasparr

nooo....i started following you thinking they were canine workouts.... i dont have any problem with you personally, the only thing i have a problem with is the spreading of misinformation..... and you would be correct, i am a master debater online...im even worse in person...lol, so........ were still waiting to hear about the nanny dogs???
