Joe Woodall Busted...The witch hunt goes on

I know this has probably been brought up umpteen times. But when the fug did the hsus become a law enforcement agency? Pisses me off.

 

They're not,but they're hand in hand with them.Same as the law I'm afraid.

 

i know, still pisses me off. If there were one way to cripple these type people it would be to destroy there use/abuse of law enforcement as a tool for there agenda.

You are right about that Big Game. Thanks to you Joe for all you and your family have done for the breed and showing them HSUS crazy's that the dogs and people who own them and love them can win against what is wrong, even when they say it is right.

joe you did a great job documenting how well you take care of your dogs and you showed these people how friendly these dogs really are. and the way the way your dogs looked was great and their chain spaces and homes looked awesome to. lots of room and plenty of shade youyr set up was great man you truly care for these dogs and it shows in how you take care of them . Just wonder why the shelter and those responsible for placing them there weren't charge with cruelty.....those were some disgusting conditions. Anyone else would have been arrested keeping animals in those conditions.

 

good point i think that's what we should all do. also someone once suggested to me to set up video cameras that send the feed to an outside source great idea. if you don't have the money to do that, it's a good thing to save up for. you can never be too careful. thankfully the woodalls had all their ducks in a row. the reward: they got their dogs back and made the hsus look like idiots.

 

I want everyone to know randall thaxton has two laywers,one crimal and one civil neither one will not contact us now after paying them,I am having to be his lawyer,ray beavers is still in jail nine months to the day, killed his two grown dogs and puppies because they say he had a stolen skil saw,I belive he is all man and very pissed off.ray or randall will not sigh ther dogs over,i want to thank these two men for standing up for there rights, and there buddids(apbt)

perhaps you should contact the bar? may seem a bit harsh to go after their license, but sounds to me like they deserve it. if you pay for a service you should receive it. i have a friend who is in school to be a lawyer right now, i'll ask his advice on the matter, and if you'd like i'll pass it on to you. the hsus are low down and dirty, they'll do anything to murder someone's dogs.

I agree Joe - this lawyer has a code of ethics and operational standards that he has to conduct business under. I would go to the bar association and file a formal complaint.

 

i have visted ray beaver in jail his probation officer dave mathis trying to get him to take a plea bargin for the 2 two dogs tells ray he cannot win,they will bring in a vet,to say that these dogs are consitstent with fighting dogs,his lawyer clinton s hooker,will not go see ray or wil not contact him any kind of way i have went and spoke to ray and told him to not take the plea bargin,i went ot his lawyer mr.hooker,and was told he will contact me this moring i called again,his secatary warned me that if i called back she would take out a harssemant warrnt outon me so i did call back and told her i am reacrding the confesation and i am a witness for ray she informed me i was not a witness,she will tell mr hooker to call me and if i do call back she will press charges i did not know trying to help a lawyer and his clinet was a crime.they are going to railroad this man and there is nothing anyone can do about i have calledthe bar and said that i was pissing in the wrong well,

(if you don't mind pm'ing it to me) screw this crap. i'll get something done. when is your friend's court date? are there any decent lawyers in your area? this is a load of crap and i'm all fired up now. something will be done, all i need is the info. i'll be damned if that crooked snake is going to take that man's money and not do anything about it. unfortunately for that backward a-hole, i happen to have family that is knowledgable is these types of things. i've been saying we should all fight to keep our brothers outta the witch hunt. now i'm tired of sitting down. i'm making some phone calls here in a few minutes. i won't stop until something is done.

side note: just got off the phone w/ my mother. she's calling all 3 of her lawyers now to find out what steps to take. one of her lawyers is a straight shark, he'll know how to get under this guy's skin.

 

ray needs help,with a real lawyer,cause now they are trying to cover there ass,s his dogs are dead,come on people lets stand up and help this man,he has done nothing wrong but own 2 apbt,come on we can get togather and help him now lets do it.PLEASE its for the dogs not just ray beavers.

unless your in my state i can't get my mom's lawyers to help you. but i'll sure send donation. i have a free paycheck next week (only gotta get feed). i can send a lil this week. what's the time limit? when's he need this by? i have a lawyer who's a maneater and loves making cops look bad, but i think he's only certified for this state, i'll call and ask. excuse my ignorance but what state do you need this lawyer in?

thanks for your help i am joe woodall. we are in ga. my phone number is 706-635-3154, ray has a court appointed mr hooker,who is in deep with the da's we need to get ray areal lawyer,i wanted to tell his lawyer if would put me up there as a witness i could eat this vet for breakfast,they wont even talk to me.so lets help ray win this case .call me!! i am at the libary right now but will be home around 4:00. i am damn glad to see that someone else wants to stand up besides me.
