Joe Woodall Busted...The witch hunt goes on

Mr. Woodall, the complaint needs to be made to the ETHICS COMMITTEE. Rarely do lawyers willingly look to defame, do ill to a fellow counsel unless they are going at it in court.

The best way to help your friend deal with crooked lawyers is to call (not you since they might recognize your name, voice) back and ask for THAT committee's contact information. Be mindful that in all likelihood, the complaint will have to be made/signed by the affected person(s). I do suggest you write, have him signed, and fax + certified mail the complaint ASAP. When the court date comes, HE should ask for an adjournment/postponement and provide proof of complaint letter. He must tell the court that he is not receiving fair (or any) representation in this matter.

Be mindful that their likely "excuse" will be that the money given to them has been exhausted. In other words, the lawyers will say they did "enough" to have earned what was given to them and that they await your friend's additional retainer money.:rolleyes:

If that occurs, he should demand a an itemization of charges. They are lawyers and will likely be able to provide a breakdown. Your side will have to dispute the exaggerated charge per service. I.e. A fax to the court may have a fee of $100..ridiculous! Hope you follow my thoughts.

 

yeah i had some stupid pigs that kept harassing me. i brought him into court and it was all i had to keep from laughing the whole time. they looked real stupid after he got done with them. i bout fell out laughing when we walked outta the courtroom. the judge could do nothing but shake her head the whole time. case dismissed on the grounds that the cops are idiots. lmao! he's reasonable too $350/hr

my mom just talked to one of her lawyers and she said pretty much the same thing you did. she asked if she should call her other ones, but i told her that i doubted it was necessary since 2 opinions of the same nature should suffice.

Sir, if you know for a fact (or can show some indication in court) that Hooker has connection witht he DA's office, that is "conflict of interest". In fact, you do not need to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Hooker is involved in some way to the DA's office. I believe it will be sufficient (as an example) if he has recently applied for a position with DA's office.

mr hooker office up under the da's office at the gilmer county court house,ray was on probation when they went to his house in bed,doing nothing wrong,now tommrow he has to be in court for probation violation,for what sleeping in bed or owning two apbt
they have killed them and now the whole system is trying to cover there ass's ,da's and buddy lawyers,they are all hand in hand just ask my lawyer jeb chathem,who aftre my case went to lunch with them thank god he was buddy enough to show what idoits that brought to this county (john goodwin melinda merrick)
I dont know much more to say but it is time to stop this bullshit.

i've cross posted the call for help. please don't let me be the only one. i will do my part. i'm also working on getting items donated to reward those who give a certain amount. haven't figured that all out yet, but i'll keep ya'll updated as to what i come up with.

I went to the bank to see about setting up an account for Ray Beavers,they will call us back i have talked to another lawyer one of the best in north Ga.( George Weaver.)
if we can get this lawyer it will be a easy win for the apbt,ther is no way they can convict this man of dogfighting,because he was doing nothing wrong.the only thing holding him in jail is a probation vilation,for having two grown dogs and some puppies.the only thing else i know to do is open a po box to have the money sent to.anything that happens i will post it.i want to thank everyone for there repiles.

I know alot of people commit fraud,this is the only to help Ray Beavers for a lawyer,he will be getting out of jail in oct.on the probation vialtion ,we dont know the court date on the other charges,this county dont know what to do,about ray's dogs because they have Killed them,mine was returned,thanks to our kids X-mas money,that they were proud to use,i will post on here where to send the monies bank or po box.
