    yes folks,

i guess it was that time of year again, i got in a major conflict with another tenant and had to relocate, yet again.
at the moment im stuck in student housing for wich i could only apply because of the fact im learning to weld.
still having struggles adjusting but im glad at least im away from this horrible person.
now i know we all have rights but it sometimes seems to me your rights can get taken away pretty quick when someone drops a complaint.
what i cant understand is when you complain about someone the authorities take their right for living the way they want above my right to live as i want.
    maybe i was raised wrong.
however the main problem was me listening to music something i do on a daily basis and besides that i also make my own music and this was for me the reason to pack everything up and just leave from this situation.
i mean i probably was wrong for starting a conflict but in the end i went away on my own, when i was told by my landlord, if i got 1 more complaint i would be forced to leave.
normally i wouldnt react the way i did, i didnt touch or threaten anyone, but i made it pretty goddamned clear we were not on the same page.
but the fact is i was only in posession of my keys for 7,5 hours.
i had just finishes moving all my stuff.
and i had just sat down with some music some rum n coke and i was just trying to find my place to be mine.
then this women living downstairs from me decided to show up knock on my door and at first it seemed like she tried to get acquainted with me.
however after she had asked for my name, i gave her a false name, she started to get to her point.
she started telling me the music was to loud and i had to fix that problem.
now at this point i didnt really care what she was saying anymore and i decided to get her to leave by telling her i would work something out and i just said bye and shut the door.
so i replaced my subwoofer from the floor to my desk to decrease the bass noises that would travel through the floor.
and i was good and i sat down on my couch again.
then it hit me, this is my first day here.
can you imagine moving to a new home and start to get complaints on the first day without even realizing you was causing them.
so this sucks but i had to make a point and i turned up my volume way up way way way up like i wasnt even really listening to music before but when i like a tune i could probably enjoy it best loud.
so thats what i did, and ofcourse this meant for this woman to come up to my door again.
just to remind you guys i didnt touch or threaten anyone but this woman had to be told that this was not normal behaviour to greet your new neighbour.
ofcourse this was not right to do in the way i did, i litterally shouted 9 times that she was crazy for doing this in this short time manner.

so ofcourse i was wrong seeing as though im a man and you might also say im a big man and this woman was probably scared of me.
so thats messed up for a fact.

but its not like i was giving her migraines for months due to my continuously playing heavy bass boosted tracks.

    none of this.

i had just sat down and just finished moving my stuff.

ofcourse i have not spend a single good night in this house because ofcourse i understood what just had happened and the consequences that would come forth.
so it was really just like i was dragging along the past 3 months i had been living there.
and the final letter from my landlord saying i would get evicted if they would receive 1 more complaint was actually a letter of relieve for me.
this meant i would be smarter for me to relocate before i would get evicted then to stay and wait.
seeing as though my only option was to adjust to this womans terms, wich is like telling a bird not to fly.

so this is me now living in my new place, i have been here for 3 months now and luckily no complaints yet.

opinions, advice and critique is welcome.

I guess it depends on just how loud we're talking. I love stereos, preferably car stereos but in home is cool too. However, in a car the noise comes and goes. In a apartment the sound is constant. Subs travel even at low volumes. I can hear my 15s rumble in my trunk from almost a half a block away on level 5 out of 45 which I can hardly hear my high and mid range at that volume when I'm sitting inside my car. Honesty, I'm very leanient towards such issues but I wouldn't want to hear boom boom boom when I was in my home trying to relax either. Would also depend on the time of day it's happening too. She may also simply not like your choice of music. She the only one complaining?

well she was the only one that came on the first day, on day 9 my upstairs neighbour showed up.
ok so i know the lady living next to my upstairs neighbour, and i had asked her if she had heard any music and she replied no but she did hear me shouting in the hallway.
so its still possible only my upstairs neighbour and my downstairs neighbour would have been able to hear this but i guess its just because i went a little haywire they decided it would be best to leave me with complaints. in fact one day i got home and they, my upstairs and downstairs, were conversing in the hallway and they said something like we will just have to wait and see, when i opened the door.
they saw me and the downstairs went into her home and the upstairs went out.
i knew what was going on.
i had fucked up by yelling at this woman.

yeh i guess i need to adjust when i move away from here.
for the time being i can play my tunes without any problems, i also decided to leave my subwoofer out of the equation.
so i guess i adjusted a bit already.
