Additional Information: Please join us for the 2nd Annual National Pit Bull Awareness Day Colorado event in historic downtown Littleton, Colorado!

This year's theme is Pit Bulls With a Purpose, and in conjunction with our celebration, we'll be sharing our dogs' loving spirits and ambassadog ways by raising money to help out various organizations within our Colorado community, the Colorado State University Animal Cancer Center and Dani's Foundation.

Bring your well behaved dog for a fun filled day that will be kicked off with a Pit Bull parade down the sidewalks of Main Street through the quaint town of Littleton, followed by an afternoon of celebration.

The Parade of Pit Bulls will begin assembling at 11:00am in the Reinke Brothers parking lot, allowing you time to browse the vendors, catch training demos, and check out the live street artwork in progress. The parade will take off at 12:00 noon, and participants walking the pumpkin lined sidewalks of Main Street in Historic Downtown Littleton will have the chance to show off their best friend as we make the loop through town, stopping for treats along the way, and a group photo op in the park before winding our way back to the venue. The parade/event is open to any leashed, well behaved dog, AND dog/human costumes are highly encouraged!

The afternoon will continue until 3:00pm complete with vendors, give aways, and contests which include best costume, biggest head, and best bully grin, a kids booth/face painting, and other special surprises in the works!

We'll cap off the day with food and live music, SO grab your canine friend, and get ready to party like a pit bull!
