Mid-Flight Pics

Some midair pictures of my dog on the springpole.


































Trying to get him into shape for the upcoming SoCal ADBA show next week. Haven't had the time to really put him through a "keep" but here is what he looks like after about a week's worth of work. This dog usually keeps himself fit on his own.

Thanks, everyone. I've been sick with the flu since tuesday so I didn't make it down to show today, but will drive down for tomorrow for sure.

He's 25months now so he'll show 2-3yo Males.

 

Dammit! I wish I was going! Moonshine's brother just got a second place!

great looking dog. the only thing that would make those pics look better is the tire a bit lower to the ground.

Thanks everyone. Weights about 39-40lbs and eats raw chicken backs, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, and whatever other raw scraps.

I feel ya, I actually prefer to work the dog with front end barely touching the ground. Gives the dog a better workout IMO because they use their front end to shake and try to pull. But if you check the last pics I posted of this dog on the springpole you'll see that if the hide or tire is lower, this dog for some reason will just jump up higher and grab the rope above instead. So I keep it a little higher than what I would say is ideal. I did raise it another 6 inches or so for these pictures, specifically because I wanted some shots of the dog jumping.
