    No bothers Kelt, her book is very good apparently, I'm going to get it over the next few weeks, lots of info on muscle and joint injuries in running dogs. She's speaking from experience as well as she works her dogs hard.

    If you google running dog maintenance, you can preview a couple of chapters.

    Yep it is and if you take the basic principles (which would be the same for most athletes) you can add exercises to improve weaknesses in your stock.

    It is a lot of good information. I read as much as the Amazon site would allow, as well as what was posted here. Good basic principles to build from. Like most canine performance articles I enjoyed it. It is a really good place to start and build from there. S
