My dog is 3 months

    109 lbs.???......father had a huge head, so may pup. Please don't breed him as you know nothing substantial of his background. Not sayin ya were. JMHO
     
  2. I think the reason is because they see all these adult dogs that are big and bulky and they see their baby that is not at all like that. Just give the dog a chance to mature and become an adult, if anything else play with him in the yard a lot and work his muscles.

    ya i do...and i wasnt planning on breeding him crash...and no i'm not SURE he's pure bred pit, but both the mother and father definetly look like pits, but like u said theres no way of telling, but either way i love him unconditionally...

    Personally, I wouldn't pay too much attention to what others have been saying about springpoles. I also wouldn't suggest working a puppy on a springpole until it was atleast 8-9 months old. After the puppy is at an acceptable age, you should slowly introduce the puppy to the springpole at a height low enough for the puppy to have all 4 feet on the ground and gradually raise the height of the springpole after the puppy starts building up its confidence. You must understand that your puppy is only 12-13 weeks old, and in my opinion that is entirely too young to consider doing any type of work other than obedience, which is the foundation of all types of work and really all you should be concerned about at this time. Let your puppy just be a puppy and have fun.

    hes a puppy man to much at an early age can hurt them
