I like the sentiment of it finding a tattoo artist to do it might be difficult unless u know someone but mixing in a lil ash with the ink won't hurt you and I guess if you have that one special dog above all the others then sounds like a cool thing to do

Lol my dog is getting ashes on top of the dresser. Just like the cat. All these people freaky as hell.

 

Doesn't work for hot weather though and would suck if your Rufus coat started shedding

 

Smells like wet dog lol.

 

If you want to go full "Silence of the Lambs", you could have a Bi-Sectored dog head.
