post apocalyptic k9

Not really mate there all bred for the same purpose pretty much its exactly like hunting dogs and game dogs the lines/breeder is more important than the paperwork and labels.

anybody thought any more on what dog or dogs they would want in the apocalyptic senareo?

Im still sticking with the Bulldog and Lurcher(or Greyhound)combo idea for hunting.
@AGK ide add to this combo some sort of bow and a big knife.
one man.two dogs of diffrent breeds with diffrent artibutes.bow,arrows.knife.
And thats should stak the odds higher for catching a large deer or pig.
them to breeds might be a handful.that i do admit.but being out a lot and doing this should put both breeds on the game im talking here.

Some people picked verious garding breeds at the start of this,and thats cool.would you still pick them breeds?
im not really thinking garding dogs for some reason.no doubt garding dogs would be a real asset in this sanareo,but so would some sort of hunting dogs, and im thinking food would be hard to sorce and you would have to hunt.we can hunt small game by traps and such,and thats very importent.but your gonna need more meat then just sqirells and birds and rabbits at some point..and thats when you would need dogs.
i know people are gonna go on about guns and ammo,but that shit runs out.i know some ones gonna say dogs can be lost so thats just the same as bullets running out.but you can breed dogs.and anyway this aint really about guns lol.
be nice to have a secret were house full of em in such a situation.and people would be your real enimy.
but this about dogs.lol.
