no, adult dogs do not get more teeth if they are lost.
if she broke/lost one of her milk teeth she should be fine-just keep an eye on the socket make sure it doesnt get infected

yeah watchout fer that infextion, bad part about teeth injuries if it gets loose up n down may reset back n forth not likely, now the canines holes are connected to the sinus's so this means they gotta pull the teeth and then close up the hole or there is a chance food may get up in there and absess

Canine holes can be fixed if taken to vet asap while there is blood in the hole. If to late they have to surgically cut them out and it can cost a lot. Sorry I dont know anything about puppy teeth. But just had this explained to me cos my cat had hers broken and the vet told me about dogs as well. Over $500 for the cats tooth:eek: They usually get an absess you might never know about it but it can effect your dogs health.

  5. If it's just the baby teeth I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'd probably take it easy on tug and other stuff like that that could cause further trauma to the tooth just in case. My Malinois had an issue with one of his baby canines and we took a short break from bite work because of it but his adult canine came in fine and he hasn't had any dental issues since.

If it is the adult tooth be aware of infection. One of my dogs came to me with all his canines broken and it wasn't a problem for years. Then a few weeks ago, I noticed that one of his upper canines was infected and was beginning to die. I chose to have the tooth pulled. I haven't had any problems with abcess or infection during recovery.

Yes food can get caught and cause decay. That tooth needs to come out. I dont think it is urgent but if its not out by the time all adult teeth come in (appox 7 months) get your vet to check it.
