Changing the diapers, feeding, raising them up I do it with love.

There's a lot of wild hogs here in the swamps where I live at. These old country boys know how to cook em. I have personally given pups over the last 8 year's to local firermen who have has a few turn out very well for them. Gear is very popular at even local feed & seed stores here in the Carolinas..

I take it Rebel never got around to writing the book.

 

Last word was hes hid off in ky doing birds, other word is hes dead.

Either way I personally wouldnt buy his book. I respect the fuck out of his accomplishments and the fact sandman made my "flavor" as popular as it is, but dudes the cops and fuck him....

 

I came across this post from Little John about Ricky. I didn't copy the beginning because it had to do with Pat Patricks sites being taken down and some other nonrelavent to this topic. Was posted in 2011.


He also said he had proof of who one of the moderators of peds-online.comwas.It is Rick Jones son of the famous Ricky
Jones of Rebel kennels.UNBELIEVABLE !!! Is this one kilogram of Rick Jonesever going to die from 22 years ago.Now they are
using his son what a shameless disgrace.Well his board was removed before he could post the proof.The CIA has flown in over
a million kilograms in to the country in the last 22 years and no one seems to care but Rick Jones one kilo is a matter of
life and death.

I don't like how Rick Jones handled his mess but he had some good dogs.I had two dogs from his yard one good dog and
another young well bred dog the SPCA killed when they raided me 19 years ago.I posted a picture of a Turtle b###h on my
board and 2 weeks later Patrick posted some post from peds-online on his board about Rick Jones.One of the post said
R.K. Morgon had just died and someone was going threw the treasure of dog materials he left.R.K. had this Turtle b###h for
a while.I visited him about 20 years ago and he was very nice to me and had a nice yard of dogs.Its strange how he just
turns up dead all of a sudden.If anyone knows how R.K. died could you please post it I have to go find out what happened
to him now.Peds-online is a strange place to I would not go on there at all.Its a tool for the H$u$ war on dogbreeders.
It came out in a dog guy named Brent Thortons case that the H$U$ paid $200,000 for that site.

 

@AGK I remember Little John, he had his own network54 board. He was crazy AF! The ultimate conspiracy theorist. Who knows maybe he is right, always heard that about pads. Not sure if I believe anything from that BThornton fella?

 

Back in 1984 I met Ricky for the first time in ft pierce fl. I was trying to learn the business . I was 25 had a couble of dogs at that time. Ricky wasn't a very trusting person at all so needless to say it took some time. I asked him to help me with one of my dogs. 2weeks later I was up there to roll my dog with his. Found out later he was a one time winner , the dog quit in 12 min. That's when I seen that bad side to him said my dog was a pc of shit and couldn't bust a grape. I really didn't know any better to be honest . I figured I would never hear from I'm again.. about one month or so later he called , said he wanted to set a match for my dog. I said I thought you said he was garbage. He said he only said that because he was pissed. So at 15 months old I was contracted for 52 lb against Hayward big red. A two time winner. I did my first keep under Ricky's guidelines. I didn't have any money at all. Ricky put up all the money 5Gs. I did a bad job. Game in at 49. Big red came in heavy Ricky rooted over the forfeit money. He handle my dog. It was I've in 32 min. He killed the dog. He went on to win a championship he broke all his teach in a training session. ( my fault) so we retired him. But if anyone knows anything about Ricky. He will try to avenge anyone of his losses .. He set up a match with buffalo soldiers gl champion Farrah at 57. At best my dog was 52. No excuses he got beat in 1:11. Better dog won. Kills me to say it 33 years and 25g later ( not my money) ..

Ricky treated me great most of the time anyway. Went out of his way to teach me. Lost contact with him in 88. Got out I guess at the right time. Did see somethings I will never forget.

 

Hey Bill I was poking around and came up on your story.I see you left some stuff out.The real story is more interesting to me.Its ok to talk about me.I did nothing wrong that I'm ashamed of.I was his partner for two years and I saw only someone that I respected as a man and someone who was passionate about the dogs and the game.Someone who had a wealth of knowledge about the dogs.Someone that knew the history and the pedigrees of about all of the good dogs.I didn't know that when he got in a pinch he would sacrifice his reputation and those he called friends in order to avoid punishment that he deserved for being stupid.
I seen on this site someone said he wrote a book.Is that true?I saw on YouTube that Mountain Man said he sold Homer to Ricky.Im having a hard time believing that he said that.
It was a computer voice I heard .I look around to see if no can find anything on my dog Unc that Ricky matched 4 times.He told me b4 his last match that a guy in Holland offered me 10 grand for him and like a fool I turned it down.Then after winning his 4th match Ricky told me he died.of.shock a few hours later.I had friends at that match and they told me he was in good.condition after the match and they watched him eat and drink and was on his.feet running around and a happy dog.Then I was told the guy from Holland gave Ricky 40 grand for him.Dont guess it makes any difference now but I would like to know the truth.He was a fine dog.I think he was in one of the last litters Mrs Loposay bred.I bought the entire litter and all the rest of the litter were crushed to death by their momma trying to tear out of her pen trying to get at another female in the next cage to her.I bought her after Mrs Loposay bred her to her Buster 3.Im out of the game now and I raise American Bulldogs.I was only partners with him for a little over a couple years.But I look back and remember some of times I had with him and the dogs.I could write a book and I think some would b interested in it.There would b some who would b disappointed in some of the dogs that Ricky sold them.So I won't open that can of worms.You know that I admired you dog and I know what he meant to you.He should have never gave up that much weight.Anyway I'm out 4 now brother Bill. I liked your story even if some details weren't the way I remembered them.Adios my friend.
