  2. Thanks.do you think I need to use leaner meat then 20%fat?the food is made in Ireland by the way(they have been making it for about a century)...I think there's another good one from Australia.. And I'm sure u will be able to get a high quality one in the States. (Trial and error I suppose)..would u add any organ meat to the feed?(I plan on using a small amount of raw chicken liver and green beef tripe)...what u think?????...

  3. I checked mate he dosent mention much..one thing he mention's that no one seems to is soak the dry food...I believe he is correct about that(luv to no others opinion's). He haven't been seen on here for a few years...

  4. I don't no him mate.I no he's on face book but I am not(don't want to be either)... Still if its good for limey then its good for me!!!....any one else used this feed???...

  7. Ha ha lol!...what was the point of the video?to show how much waste comes from dry food?or to show how much the dog absorbs from dry food???......lol! Funny stuff man...

I found tracker to be a crap feed for these dogs and wouldn’t recommend it. For maintenance I do feed the racer, when shaping one the racer only makes up about a quarter the volume of what’s fed.

He imported a load of it into his country and was selling it to the gullible at over inflated prices.

  11. Thanks.what makes up the other 3 quarter's of the food?mostly meat???....there is a higher protein content(32%)red mills food that might be better I think its called excel... I think it has 32%protein and 20% fat...I plan on using the tracker for maintenance with some chicken carcasses (raw)..triel and error I suppose!...thanks for the imput!!!

  14. Its not that dear to by.I think they will ship it as well(i could be wrong).its about £20 a 15kg bag.....there is many other greyhound foods aswel...as I said trial and error...have u ever tried any other greyhound food?not for maintenance, for working?..

  15. Thanks...I really can't decide what to use.I was going a head with the red mill stuff(glad I haven't brought it yet).but now I don't no...I think the feed part is crucial, and I don't wanna mess up because of what I'm feeding!!!..thanks for the input...

As said I use the racer for maintenance. Whatever feed your gonna use your going to have to supplement it as no feed, on it’s own, meets the requirements these dogs require when being shaped. And before you go out and start working a dog, give the dog have a month or two on it, to get use to the feed.

  18. Thanks.I was gunna work the dog light at first any ways.1:dogs quite fat 2:to see how he dose on the food.(hope u understand this).and I agree that I will have to supplement.I was gunna do it on a whole raw diet, but I decided against it.....its not the maintenance part that bothers me.it's the shaping part.as I am not experienced....live and learn I suppose...iv got 2 of the buggers to do and its a big step for me...

  19. Wow sounds awesome! Doesn't look like that food would need supplementing...very high protein content...is that to much protein????....

Ive looked at it before but never pulled the trigger. Shit is way to pricey (for me anyways) for a maintenance feed lol, i think it only comes in 26 pound bags. Might be a good keep feed though.
