    Had the lovely pet name of 'Belsen'...the director of oliver twist was so taken with the dog he kept him...think he ended up getting run over...the program 'BLUEBULL' is on about was 'Howards way' (boring sunday night tv after bullseye) it was a red nose bitch called 'Daisy' owned by Mike Homan...there was a couple of cracking brindle Staff's in the video to UB40's red red wine...shit band.crap song...nice looking dogs

    there was also a stafford called Cracker on Brookside lol.
    i met his owner who was a chef in a hotel in Borrowdale Cumbria.

    Was howards way set in edwardian times..??????????????the show i was on a-bout was set in modern times,there was a show going on in a empty high-rise car-park...the actor jumps over the p-wall and grab's one of the dogs and leg's it....if it's called howards way,then that's it/?????????

    Yep i think that's the one.....taught it was a bit more gritty back then...lol.lol...nice one..mant;;;;;o....there was a movie with dogs(pits) on a mill think burt reyonlds could have stared ,,smokey+the bandit type off film..the old man sitting on his lounger while dog is running on the mill...any-body know the name off this film...??????/????//

    I think that was GATOR,,,,,they let burt of of jail to track down his brothers killers.That was a good movie and your right the scene with the pit was like the old days when only real dogmen owned pitbulls and everybody else never even heard of the breed.

    Spotted this unanswered question in an older thread. The 1986 live-action, South African film Jock Of The Bushveld was a fantastic film -- one of the best dog movies I've ever seen, and the red SBT used in the film was very impressive. Check it out if you can find it (maybe Netflix or YouTube?).
