TPC'S Field Champion Buttons

    Buttons came to my kennel after i made her sister BlackMagic a Field Champion. Buttons was a small 10# female we hunted at 9.5 to 9.8 lbs. Her 1st time out at a year old she went right to ground in a old G-Hog set. It was a rainy wet night digging in clay with a lot of rock and tree roots but we didn't worrie about the elements as much as we did about reaching buttons. By the time we had reached her it was just shy of a 3 hour dig 11ft down. She was stuck in the elbow where the tube went back to the right at a sharp 90. When i pulled her out she was not breathing Corey began to give her mouth to snout luckily she poped back to life. Later a few months she went out of state on a hunt and pulled one of the biggest G hogs i have ever seen. Proving the traits of Biscuit her dam were alive and well. Sadly we lost her to a skunk in the ground last season. RIP field Champion Buttons.
